Delfoi Planner for Scheduling and production planning (DPL-SP-P)

Delfoi Scheduling Planner provides efficient production planning and scheduling environment with scenario simulation. It enables planners to plan and schedule their production resources outside operative environment, simulate several scenarios and send the best plan for execution. Users can with drag-and-drop type functionality plan and optimize their resources and operations. Thanks to the web-based architecture all plans are always available to all those needing them in real-time.

Delfoi Planner utilizes Delmia QUEST and Delmia Manufacturing process data for accurate planning and scheduling. With Delfoi Planner and Delmia QUEST user can plan and manage the production operations not only to react on problems.

Delfoi Planner for Capacity (DPL-CP-P)

In capacity planning the demand forecasts of new upcoming products and those already in production can be linked to the product, process and resource data on Delmia’s PPR Hub. On the basis of PPR-Hub planning data the user can immediately create a comprehensive view of the requirements of the production capacity and its resource load. Thanks to the web-based architecture up-to-date information on production, deliveries and future capacity needs is always available to support decision making.

Delfoi Planner for Education (DPL-EP-10)

Delfoi Planner Edu is an web-based learning environment for production and operations management (POM) courses including production control and finite scheduling issues. Delfoi Planner Edu includes 8 ready made excercises for valuation of various production system improvements and production control environments. Each exercise consists of two to four parts related to the topic. It takes, on average, four hours to do the simulation runs, improve the results and answer the exercise questions,
if all the parts are completed.
Comes with a complete set of a student guide, teacher’s guide (+documentation and installation CD)

Target customers include Polytechnics and Universities with classes on operations management / production planning and control. Delfoi Planner Edu is based on Delfoi Planner platform modified for learning. Plans and scenarios are simulated, analysed and ranked using DELMIA QUEST simulation.
