SMARTEAM ECAD WebAppSuite

SMARTEAM eCAD WebAppSuite Engineer Leads the ECAD engineer through a defined design process and supports the ECAD engineer with at its daily works in terms of e.g. design documentation and archiving, creating and maintain BOM`s, creating and maintain production data. This application is scaleable and capable to support data granularity according customer needs, e. g. simple design data vaulting or manage work in process data, just through an easy and flexible configuration script. PLM centric dynamic ECAD workflows are supported.

SMARTEAM ECAD WebAppSuite Librarian Supports any defined component request process, the maintenance of the native ECAD library and the creation and the maintenance of the PLM component classification.

SMARTEAM eCAD WebAppSuite Generic ECAD Provides limited support for most available ECAD System on the market. The “Generic ECAD” Connector supports library and component management in terms of the synchronization of parametric attributes via a configurable ODBC interface, as well as design data management and BOM management via a configurable interface to the file system used by the ECAD application.
