Q-Compare offers feature based comparison of two CATIA V5 models, making it easier to find modifications done by development partners or to find differences between different revisions of a model.

Q-Compare is now available for all CATIA V5 platforms.

Some of the offered features are:
• Geometry checks verify and compare:
o Size
o Surface area
o Bounding box
o Center of gravity

• Meta Data checks compare:
o Colour properties
o Layer
o Point / line types
o Show modes
o Publications
o Active / non active objects
o Parameter as input for Geometry
o Input elements (referenced features)

• Structure:
o Added or removed entities
o Renamed entities
o Parameter
o Time stamps
o Activation status.
